1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within [e.g., 24–48] business hours of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following delivery options within Poland:

InPost Paczkomaty® 24/7 (Parcel Lockers):10 PLN. This is the fastest and most popular delivery method in Poland.
Courier (e.g., DPD / InPost Courier): 10 - 20 PLN. Delivery directly to your specified address.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over 100 PLN.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email (and an SMS, if you selected that option) containing your tracking number, which will allow you to track the status of your package in real-time.

5. Delivery Time

The standard delivery time provided by the carrier is typically 1–2 business days from the moment the package is dispatched.

6. Damage in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at kontakt@kampego.pl within 48 hours of receipt. Providing photos of the damaged packaging and the contents will help us expedite the complaint process.
